Our Team

Barry is a graduate of Conestoga College and has been a licensed Master Electrician for almost 30 years. Barry takes pride in growing his company, working alongside his daughters and his dedicated staff, while creating long lasting relationships with customers and strategic partnerships.

In his spare time, Barry enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren Carter and Shay. Barry finds great enjoyment riding motorcycles including his 1968 vintage Triumph TR6P.

At a young age Larissa joined her father's side working in the family business. In 2012, Larissa earned her diploma in Business at Conestoga College. Now with over 14 years of experience in the company, she is thriving in her role as the Vice President at Ruby360.

Larissa resides in her hometown of Tavistock with her husband, Chad, son Carter and daughter Shay. She loves keeping busy by making memories with her family and friends, as well as traveling the world. Larissa also enjoys to spend time outdoors camping and on the water boating.

Adam has been with the company for over 15 years, working as project manager. Adam oversees the electrical design department and is leading the way in the renewable energy division.

Adam is a graduate of Conestoga College and has been a licensed electrician since 2008. He has multiple certificates and is continuously training in the field of electricity.

Adam resides with his partner Kari in Kitchener and enjoys riding and working on bicycles. He is also a vintage car enthusiast. He frequently races in Rally Cross with his Subaru and also Open Lapping with his vintage BMW.

Jenny-Lynn joined the company in 2015 working in after-sales support. After growing her department over the past couple years, Jenny-Lynn is also very active in the marketing aspects of the company.

Jenny-Lynn is a graduate of the Dental Office Administration program, with honours, at George Brown College and has applied many of the transferable skills learned through this program.

She enjoys being creative through art as well as playing the piano. Jenny-Lynn resides in St. Mary's with her husband Curtis. The two of them share a love for summer camping, hiking and home renovations.

Emily joined the company in 2015 and is in charge of logistics for our many shipments coming and going, domestically and internationally.

Emily graduated Culinary Management at George Brown College. She has a unique set of skills with culinary business management and knowledge of the food industry.

Emily resides in her hometown of Tavistock where she enjoys spending time with her Boston Terrier Odette. She has a passion for cooking, adores her nephew, Carter and niece Shay and loves taking trips to the beach.

Before officially joining the company in September 2019, Chad began working with Ruby360 back in 2014 as an outside contractor, helping to develop marketing strategies as well as digital and print content .

Graduating from the Broadcast-Television program at Conestoga College in 2008, Chad has since worked at TSN, CTV and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Chad resides in Tavistock with his wife Larissa, son Carter and daughter Shay. He has a passion for sports and loves to spend his time with family and friends around his Traeger smoker.

Curtis joined Ruby360 in 2019 building Ruby360’s control panels and is currently an Electrical Apprentice working towards his Electical Journeyman Certificate.

Curtis is a graduate of Lambton College where he completed Pre-Service Firefighting and Fire Science and Technology Advanced Diploma. Working as a Volunteer Firefighter in St.Marys he enjoys weekly training and responding to calls. 

Curtis resides in St. Mary’s with his wife Jenny-Lynn and their golden retriever Paisley. They enjoy walking around the downtown core and through the various trails in town. 

Although Jacques officially joined Ruby360 in the spring of 2020, he has been selling the Ruby360 package (including Salmet, Munters, Once, Opticon and more) for the last few years and is set to further grow the company's presence in the province of Quebec, New Brunswick as well as eastern Ontario.

Jacques has a certificate in administration, real estate, computer studies as well as a great experience in sales.

In his free time, Jacques enjoys his chalet in the Monts Valins or at his campsite with his in-laws as well as his friends sharing good meals and a few evenings close to the fire. He also loves and watches everything related to new technology, new gadgets, cars and motorcycles.
